Solid Wooden Front Doors & Porches

Our solid timber wood entrance doors, front doors & porches are custom made in our workshop by our highly skilled team of carpenters and hand crafted to the highest standard.  Offering a full replacement service we are able to hand craft any design of your choice to give your home a more contemporary entrance, alternatively we are able to create a copy of your existing entrance door, allowing you to retain a traditional entrance to your home whilst enjoying the latest technology with enhanced security and energy efficiency.

Glazing and coloured glass options

Our front entrance doors are double glazed with toughened softcoat low emissive sealed units incorporating a warm edge spacer bar and are argon gas filled.  We have a large selection of glass options available including various leadlights, obscure patterns, clear, coloured, acoustic sound deadening, laminated, bevelled and etched glass.  Side lights and overlights can also be included in your entrance door design.

Finishing and paint colour options

We finish our entrance doors with three coats of microporous paint or wood stain, alternatively we can source any brand or colour of your choice.

High security locks

I Foster & Sons understand how important security is for our customers, therefore our entrance doors are hand crafted using 57mm thick solid timber as standard.  In addition, our doors are fitted with five lever BS3621 insurance approved mortise deadlocks along with an extra Yale rim lock, as well as various ironmongery door furniture options available in a variety of colours and finishes to compliment your new door.
